It’s so easy to pay for the items you choose!  All you have to do is to pay at the “Checkout”.

In order to return your item, an additional $19 CDN/item (for Canada) and $15 USD/item (for U.S.) return label must be purchased on the “Payment” page at checkout.  Item must be returned within 5 days from the date it was received, and delivered to our US warehouse.

Yes, Meest provides free insurance up to $60.  Extra insurance is provided for 2.5% of insured value.

While purchasing, you can buy a “return label” in case you need to return your item.
If the item you have purchased does not suit you, send an e-mail requesting a refund to support@meest.shopping.  Our customer support representative will provide you with instructions for your return.
You will need to ship the item to our warehouse, after which we will send it back to Ukraine.
After your item is received in Ukraine, you will receive a refund.

Meest Shopping does not store your credit card information. All transactions are one-time payments processed directly through the bank and processing center.

Yes, customers are responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

The maximum cost of goods that can be imported into the United States without paying customs duties is USD $800.
